Reservations and payment
A reservation concerns the confirmed date, arrival time, guest count and package. Public paid table reservations proceed to secure online payment and are confirmed according to the successful payment status communicated by the payment flow and Diamond system.
Package availability
Table placement, bottles, shows, programme and other package elements depend on date, capacity and club operations. Equivalent alternatives may be agreed if the exact element is unavailable.
Cancellation, no-show and changes
Cancellation, date changes and refunds depend on reservation type, timing, services already prepared and applicable law. Contact the club without delay. A no-show or material late arrival without agreement may affect the reservation; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Entry rules and conduct
Diamond is an 18+ venue. Valid ID may be required. Admission also depends on capacity, safety and house rules. Aggression, harassment, unlawful activity or safety risks may lead to refusal or termination of service.
Liability and governing law
Liability that cannot lawfully be excluded is not limited. Other liability is assessed under applicable law and circumstances. The relationship with the Czech operator is governed by Czech law without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
