Data we process
We may process booking name, phone number, e-mail if provided, reservation date and time, guest count, selected package, message content, language preference, consent state, payment status and basic technical or security logs.
Purpose and legal basis
Data is processed to manage reservations, coordinate arrivals, communicate with guests, perform pre-contractual or contractual steps, comply with legal duties and protect the website. Optional analytics and marketing technologies are used only with the required consent.
Payments and Stripe
Online payments may be processed through Stripe Checkout. Diamond does not need to receive full card details. Stripe processes payment data under its own terms, while payment webhooks are used to confirm the status of the payment and reservation.
Analytics and consent
Essential functions operate without optional consent. Analytics such as configured GA4, marketing technologies and external media load only according to applicable consent choices. We avoid intentionally sending unnecessary reservation content to analytics providers.
Security, Turnstile and staff access
Cloudflare Turnstile may be used to prevent abuse and protect forms. The staff portal is separated from the public experience and operational reservation data is available only to authorised users. Appropriate access controls, proportionate logging and technical safeguards are applied.
Recipients and retention
Trusted providers may process data for hosting, website operation, booking communication, e-mail, payments, consented analytics, security or technical support. Data is kept only as long as required for reservations, accounting, disputes, security and legal duties.
Your rights
Subject to GDPR and applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, object to processing and withdraw consent. You may also complain to the competent supervisory authority, including the Czech authority at www.uoou.cz.
