Data we process
We may process booking name, phone number, e-mail address if provided, reservation date and time, guest count, selected table option, message content, language preference, consent state and basic technical logs.
Purpose and legal basis
We process data to manage table bookings, coordinate arrivals, communicate with guests, protect the website and comply with legal obligations. Optional analytics and marketing technologies are used only with consent.
Retention and processors
Records are kept only as long as needed for the booking, operational follow-up or legal obligations. Trusted service providers may process data for hosting, website operation, booking communication, payment processing, analytics or safety.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing based on legitimate interest. You may withdraw optional cookie consent at any time and contact the Czech supervisory authority at www.uoou.cz.
Booking and payment data
For paid reservations we also process Stripe checkout/payment identifiers, ticket serials, token hashes, QR check-in data, legal checkbox confirmations, terms/privacy/refund versions and consent timestamps.
Staff check-in and retention
Staff check-in logs may include check-in time, staff user, checked-in guest count and ticket status. Reservation and check-in records are retained as needed for operations, accounting, support and dispute handling.
Processors
Processors may include hosting, Stripe, e-mail provider, security/anti-spam technology such as Cloudflare Turnstile, and analytics or marketing only after consent.
